Juventus 2-3 Man Utd

What a comeback. 2-0 down at half-time and the legendary Keano inspired the team to a 3-2 victory. That season was special. So many times, the cause seemed last, but we got something special from Beckham, Giggs, Keano or the strikers.

yeah I believe ronaldo said after that match united were his dream club because we aplouded him off

It's good to applaud other players, for shows of brilliance, some clubs' fans are good at it; others arent.

Pompey fans sang Arsenals' 'Thierry Henry, Thierry Henry' (how original:rolleyes: ) when he scored a hatrick agaisnt them. We applauded Ashtons goal yesterday. Nothing wrong with it. Good to see in the game I think.

Well I suppose we have to mention that Liverpool Newcastle match which is continually referred to as the greatest premier league match ever. Can't remember the date but it finished 4 - 3 to the Scouser's I think.

EDIT: April 3rd 1996. It was a different time then. A youthful and exuberant Keegan was in charge of Newcastle and a young David James was between the sticks and Alex Ferguson was at the Helm of United clinching a famous double. Fast forward about 12 years and how things have changed. An older and slightly more portly Keegan is in charge of Newcastle, an older David James is still between the sticks & an older Alex Ferguson is on the verge of clinching a famous double. Some things never change, I guess.
