Deco - I Fancy United

Barcelona star Deco has hinted that he would be interested in a move to England if he leaves Camp Nou. The classy midfielder has indicated he could leave Barca at the end of the season if they fail to enjoy a successful campaign. Deco has struggled for form and fitness this term and he is believed to be considering his future at Barca. The Portuguese international has revealed he would like to try his luck in England and he believes Manchester United would be an ideal destination if he does leave Barcelona.

"If we don't win anything this year I will be off," Deco is quoted as saying in The News of the World. "Playing for Barcelona is a dream that I have realised. This is my fourth season and has been a fantastic period in my career but if things don't go well I will be leaving. The English league is somewhere I'd like to play. You can compare Manchester United to Barcelona."

Well he has lost his place for a few games this season to Badjohnsen so anything is possible.

The next question is do we want him at OT.

Perhaps he could fill Fletchers boots.

he's a good player but i don't want him at United (if he were to sign though, i wouldnt complain too much).

Weve already got enough quality players in the centre midfield position at the club imo.

Don't need him. We have enough quality. Maybe he can join up with his old Boss Mourninho, when he gets his next job.

come on people,are you sayin' Deco wouldn't be good enough?He is a world class player,sure he played even better year ago,but still amazing and creative player.Far away than Carrick,Fletch and Hargo.Superstar.

yeah he is a very good player

but why sign someone who's closer to ending his career when we've got this Brazilian wonderkid Anderson. The more games he plays the better he'll get, if we were to sign Deco he wouldnt get as much games thereore hindering his chances of becoming this great player we all want him to be.

he's reaching his peak,but he would get much playing time at United.But if we do sign him,maybe fletcher has to take off
