What do u mean a team???
like a local team playing in your irish league
Aye, there is the Eircom league, Which is the Irish version of the Preimership, My nearest team wld be Derry City, They reached the UEFA Cup proper last year and were put out by PSG, They drew the 1st game against 0-0 which was a big achievement On the way they beat Gotenburg. I have a mate that plays in the Irish league.

But i dont really follow the Irish league, Premiership is my main McCoy

He means which team we support.

My local team when I was young were Shamrock Rovers. They played close by. They were hugely successful in the early 80's and I was brought along to 1 or 2 matches. Since the late 80's when their ground was sold there has been a lot of doom and gloom for the team and fans. They were fuc*ed about basically. I dont claim to be much of a fan. They played elsewhere around the county and I was very young. They are back on track now though. Best season in years at the moment. Currently in second.
I do have a soft spot for Shelbourne because I was coached a few times by their then coach Damien Richardson in '96. They are now in the mire. Though I dont attend many games I watch the highlights and keep an eye for the results.
My main team is the Red Devils !

I'm Israeli born with an Irish Mother - Me I don't call myself Irish, I keep an eye on the results. I support Israel, I am over the moon at how well they are going in the Euro Quals! Ok I know Israel have played a game more but it still delights me to see we can compete in football.

Oh alright, I was wondering how you didnt know the result. So you can support 2 teams like myself. My mum is french so I get to be passionate about 2 national teams. Well Im Irish and clearly prefer them to France any day.
I don't know why but I randomly took to supporting Bray Wanderers about 6 years ago and I have always checked there results ever since. So I suppose I am a Bray Wand. fan, In a small sense!

The akward bit for me is a have 2 parents of 2 different nationalities and I was born in a "3rd party" country. So I picked Israel - my home.
