somehow we suck at home but maybe this'll be a turnaround?

Wouldn't mind playing 3 in the middle and seeing zaha play
We've had a lot of 'turnarounds'. We're not even in bad form, 1 loss doesn't change the fact that we're on the up. 6 wins out of 7.

---

Team I'd go for:

De Gea
Fabio, Smalling, Ferdinand, Evra
Carrick, Anderson
Januzaj, Kagawa, Young
Hernandez

Bench: Rooney, Valencia, Lindegaard, Vidic, Evans, Cleverley, Zaha.

I'd like to see Januzaj start in the hole behind Welbeck/Rooney/RvP whether against Swansea or against Sunderland in the Capital One Cup. van Persie will hopefully be back within the next week.

Could not care less about this game...

Unless Moyes realises we have Fabio, Zaha, Cole, Wilson, Pearson etc on our books, slim chances of that, we'll get Buttner instead of Fabio, which is pointless as we all know Buttner wont ever be a good enough fullback, Giggs will play, because if anyone needs gametime to build theyre experience with the first team, its the 40yr old. Chicharito will start up front, look like a headless chicken for 60 mins and come off without scoring...

Used to love COC/FA Cup but when was the last time we draw a non-PL team ffs?

Have a feeling the likes of Cole,Thorpe or Rothwell will be involved. We won Newcastle last year with Vermijl,M.Keane,Wootton on the back so it's not a problem including some youngsters against a bottom PL team.

Love to see:

Johnstone
Fabio - Thorpe - Smalling - James
Fletcher - Rothwell
Cole - Kagawa - Zaha
Rooney
with Charni,Wilson,Pearson,Janko on the bench.
Think we'll see:
De Gea
Fabio - Smalling - Ferdinand - Buttner
Fletcher - Giggs
Zaha - Kagawa - Young
Rooney

Subs: Johnstone, Cole, Rothwell, Thorpe, Chicharito, Januzaj, Carrick

FA Cup is a good trophy for us to win. I'd be chuffed if we won it. Especially as it's been so long.

De Gea

Smalling Evans Rio Fabio

Carrick Cleverley

Januzaj Kagawa Zaha

Welbeck

Evra and Valencia shouldn't be anywhere near the ground let alone the pitch.

Great idea leave two of our best players this season completely out of the game, the Evra hate is so undeserving.

on the up my arse. we got results against bang average opposition.
And lose to teams we should beat. Kagawa is shit evra cant defend for toffee anymore, rio is a crock, anderson a fat waster
who cares if we go through as you know he will bottle it against any half decent side later on. Face facts lads we are on a long term slide to mediocrity under frog face. He will not get the money needed to improve the squad and will be ryans puppet till he gets sacked in two years time

I'd rest a few players after a hectic Christmas period.

Welebck has to start though. His form is too good and he already bagged a brace against them on the opening day.

Carrick needs games to build up his match fitness.

It's funny how no one else in the history of everything was before, or has afterwards been banned for being caught swearing on camera. And how coincidental it happened to a United player weeks before a semi final against City, with an ex City chairman being in charge of the FA. Hmmm.

It'll be interesting over the coming week to see where Moyes' priorities lie.

You'd have thought he'll play a fairly strong team against Sunderland as the chance to get United to a cup final in his first season is there for taking. After the defeat to Spurs, the league game against Swansea is very important so I think we may see a fairly weakened team for the FA Cup tie...

-------------Lindegaard
Fabio--Smalling--Rio--Buttner
Nani--Fletcher--Anderson--Kagawa
--------Hernandez--Welbeck
