Fergie's Recent Signings

We all know Fergie usually gets it spot on in the transfer market,
with players like Bruce, Keane, Cantona, Rio, Rooney and Ronaldo to name
but a few.
He also went through a stage where some fans questioned his signings, the
likes of Kleberson, Taibi and the Djemba twins.

Anyway I found this article and it was a great read, and I was actually a bit
surprised at the quality of our signings in the last few years.

Out of the signings in that article who do you think was the most important one?
also who is the signing we needed the least?

Pity they didn't put the price up. i certainly think that Vidic has been our most influential signing closely followed by Evra.

These weren't even the most expensive, however, our team last season and this have been excellent defensively and that's been down to these 2 and Rio's excellent form.
good article jazz....liked the vidic and carrick comments..... ;)
definatly vidic hes our rock
got a great partnership with rio also
with money, there comes quality. we got to admit the recent signings cost a lot more, but they are proving they are worthed the money
vidic is awesome!! evra is also very good!! we have a fairly youn back 4 which will do us for the next few years!!
Nemanja Vidic. He has established a formidable partnership with Rio Ferdinand at the heart of the United's defence and is clearly enjoying his football here. The Serb has been instrumental for the Red Devils in our Premiership title triumph last season and complements Rio's defensive attributes perfectly. Thus, he's the best signing from that list IMO. ;)
Vidic and Evra are Fergie's best recent signings. Anderson, Nani, Tevez and Hargreaves will have to prove next season how good they really can be, but Vidic and Evra had two excellent seasons.

The Vidic and Ferdinand partenrship is really better than the sum of its parts and Evra is one, if not THE, best left back in Europe.

Carrick is good, but not great and at 18 million pounds looks only an above-average signing.
