Well, I agree that he is the most improved player so far, but that doesn't mean he's very good. ;)

Still, I'm starting to see his worth. Needs to improve his passing and stop being dispossessed so easily.
Fletcher's passing has been excellent this season. His passing percentage has been in the high 90s.

Fletcher's passing is atrocious. Anybody claiming otherwise is biased or watching through rose-tinted glasses.
However, the stats are there and something about the Carrick-Fletcher partnership is working a treat. Maybe it gives Carrick the confidence to go forward like he did during for the goal today.

It may not be beautiful, but it works and long may it continue!

:D Nice to see you softening your approach on Fletcher and recognising the good he brings to the team ;)

I can change my stance on players when their performances warrant it. Brown won me over last season and Fletch is doing it now.

They're not great by any means, but they're moving up from not good enough to useful in my books. :)

Fletcher has had a very good season so far playing in loads of games.
He has now past 200 games for United  201 games in all to be exact,
which is a fantastic achievement for the lad.

1. How do you feel about Fletch now?
2. Have your opinions of him changed over time?
3. Great squad player? first team player? or neither?

1. Neutral to very slightly positive bias.
2. Most improved player of the year, I must say.
3. Somewhere between great squad player and first team player.

Fair enough ReddestFront, its your opinion.

but can I ask.... has your opinion of him not changed even a little bit this season?
I mean, he is having a decent season right? few goals, more games and he has
bulked up a bit also. Can you not give him even a bit of credit?
Surely he is worthy of a place in our squad?
