they never get it perfect they never will but they do have a good grasp on whos good and whos not i suppose.
but its not a trust source, its a game and as we know in games you can do the impossible, like get newcastle into europe lol.
prime example of them getting it wrong : Tuncay of borough was amazing on FM 2007 was getting signed by barca, real, united etc everytime i started a new game, and now relegation threatened borough- FAIL
Getting it right? : pato, he was amazing on FM 2007 and aint half handy in real life.
but one thing for sure is that FM is not a reliable source when it comes to judging players, just like YouTube montages, they only select the best bits
