Do you remember the charity song 'Feed the World' that was made by Bob Geldof et al for 3rd World countries in the 1980's?

In the past, Liverpool have had high rates of unemployment, crime and homeless people so United fans often tease/insult Scousers about this.

'Feed the Scousers' is a reference to the poor quality of living in Liverpool and insinuates that the city is like a 3rd World country.

The song for Park Ji-Sung...

Park, Park wherever you may be
You eat dogs in your home country
But it could be worse,
You could be Scouse,
Eating rats in your council house.

...also refers to Liverpool being a poor place to live.
