Owen Hargreaves believes Manchester United teammate Anderson and his fellow new teammates are capable of transforming the club's future.
Hargreaves said: "Anderson has really come on. It took him a while to settle as it was different to anything he was used to.
"He doesn't speak English but he is in on everything. He is a great personality and good to be around. He has really been forced into playing because of the injuries to Paul Scholes and Michael Carrick.
"Like all the new players the manager has signed - myself, Nani, Anderson, Carlos Tevez - I think we are different to what the club had in the past.
"It will be very exciting when we get everyone back from injury. To think of all the weapons we will have to use then. There will be so many options across the pitch.
"The depth and balance of our squad is the best."
