The price of electicity is going up all the time.

Maybe they should contract some local electrician to propose a new plan? Maybe install a couple hundred of those plug in night lights for the kids. A few power strips and extension cords. Surely it would be cheaper

But its not surprising, considering the prices of everything else that the Russians charged.

Host to make cash obviously, why give out freebies? It's small things that add up fast that makes you the cash. 1,000 people pitching in 1 quid for bus makes more than 10 people buying a 50 quid item
