If we qualify for semis will we be home or away?

if we qualify which we will ... will we be home first leg or away?
where would you prefer to be first? i would want to be away then we know what we need to do at home.

they decided all when the draw was made for the quarter finals
we are also the home team IF we make it to the final..
hopefully carly can change my IF to WHEN;) :cool:

When the Champions League draw for the quarter and semi-finals was made they also decided where each leg will be.

We'll be at the Nou Camp first and then take on Barca at Old Trafford for a place in the Champions League Final.

Follow, follow, follow cos United are going to Moscow! :D

you're right there - and i happen to know the fat lady - and let me tell you - she's not satisfied with all the arrogance - she even mentioned something like repeating wembley in october again... :p

Roma will NOT come to Old Trafford and roll over and die - they have nothing to lose by attacking from the whistle. They only need one quick goal back and the brown stuff spreads out thinly!!

That is the concern, especially if Roma were to get an early goal.

Fergie will know it's not over though and I doubt he will rest many players in the 2nd leg. I wouldn't be surprised if he put out a defensive 4-4-2 (with Hargreaves and Carrick in central midfield) to try and keep it as tight as possible at the back.

Perhaps we could ask carly politely - pleeeeease - to change it back to 'if'.

i think it will be something similar to lyon match - we'll control the game and we'll want to score an early goal...tevez and rooney up front - ....

Should we progress, we will be

  • Away for the 1st Leg
  • Home for the 2nd Leg

Then should we progress from the semi's and make it to the final, we will be
  • Home for the final

This is meerly the order in which what teams name is placed first and second,
nothing to do with actually playing at Old Trafford! Along with the jersey
selection should there be a clash. Which I think will
happen as it'll be Liverpool wh we'll beat! Eh? ;)
