Don't know why our players seem to be quite reluctant to go for the killer pass or the risky through ball. We have the players who can see and make these passes like scholes, carrick, giggs, etc but it sometimes looks as if they don't want to go for it.
It has been very visible this season and it was seen in yesterday's game as well. We did get our 2 goal via excellent passes from scholes and anderson but there were 4-5 other opportunities to go for the killer ball to complete great runs from our forwards but our players didn't go for it. Above mentioned players usually went for those passes in the previous seasons but this season they seem very very reluctant.
is it due to the patience tactics or the players just don't want to take risks or any other reason?
