After a terrible season, with the absolutely disgusting decision to deduct 30 points from them, there was finally something for Luton to cheer about.
At Wembley yesterday, in a game of good football, great goals and plenty of excitement, they came out on top, beating Scun thorphe United 3-2 after extra-time to win the Johnstone's Paint Trophy, becoming the first ever League Two winners of the competition.
They still have a slight chance of staying up but will have to win at least 5, possibly the 6 remaining games they have this season. If they can't though, they can go down with their chins up and a trophy under their belts.
