I read recently that Eric Cantona was asked: "Do you think the greatest French player of all time is Zinedine Zidane or Michel Platini?"

To which Eric replied: "No, it is me."

I thought that was a brilliant quote from the King.

What are your favourite quotes from United players/managers past or present?

George Best on David Beckham
There's a couple of good quotes by Beckham...

"My parents have been there for me, ever since I was about 7."

"I definitely want Brooklyn to be christened, but I don't know into what religion yet."

Made me laugh anyway!

The quote I'll always remember (apart from something about seagulls and trawlers!) was from Fergie after the 1999 Champions League Final...

"Football, eh? Bloody hell!"
