OLD TRAFFORD

SATURDAY, 31 MARCH 2007, (KO- 15:00; BST)

MANCHESTER UNITED v BLACKBURN ROVERS/I]
Preview:

The first game after the international break, and Paul Scholes, who has been the best passer of the ball in the prem, will return. Blackburn won't be happy to see Scholesy, because Scholesy had scored alot of goals against Bluckburn.

We have players coming back from injury; and the international break might help in that respect. Saha and Ole will probably come back into the squad; Flecther is probably not far away now; players coming back from injuries and thing are looking bright.

The quality of football that we are producing in the prem is second to none. Blackburn have found reasonable form, but at Old Trafford they know that it will be a difficult game- especially now that we are fully focused on the prem title.

Paul Scholes is a real motor in the CM; and this 'ban' will have served as a period of rest for him. If Scholesy gett going the the rest of the team will flow. Paul Scholes will be key in the title run in for the last eight games.

Blackburn done the 'league double' over us last season with MSP getting a brace. Loius Saha's winner at Ewood Park saw the Reds recorded a first away victory at Ewood in Eight years.

The treble 'dreams' are still alive with the victory over Boro. But as I said we have played our best footy in the prem this season, all you have to do is look at the goals we scored with an average of 3 goals per game.

Player to watch: Paul Scholes- Paul Scholes seems to enjoy scoring against Blackburn at Old Trafford and his passing has bee eye of the needle stuff.

TEAM LINE UP:

VDS

Brown Rio Vida Heinze

Ronaldo Carrick Scholesy Giggsy

Rooney Saha?

Subs: Kuszie, Sheasy, Park, Ole ?, Evra.

PREDICTION: HOME WIN 3 - 0

Man Utd to prove far too strong for a resurged Blackburn, especially with the return of Paul Scholes. :D

Hey folks,

first time on the site.

I m manyoo fan living in Dublin, this makes it difficult and expensive to travel to matches. I have said it for years but finally, i am travelling to OT for de blackburn game.

Any ideas for good pre/post match pubs? my plan is to travel at least twice a year from now on and it would be great to hit the ground running in getting to the best atmosphere places.

I have footy mates from other teams that often travel without tickets and have found the best spots to pick up cost price tickets avoiding the rip off merchant touts, is there any chance of doing this for OT??

As much as I have respect for a former United player and legend Mark Hughes, we need the points to close the season off as champions. At home, I can only ask for a home win, nothing else. Blackburn are a good team but we need to show them what we are made of.
I am hoping for a 3-1 victory.

Well well, didn't expect that second half!!! I was leaning on the viewpoint that BBurn were going to nick this one and when they went 1-0 up I thought of Chelski laughing into their smelly armpits!!!

Then the Ginja Ninja came to our rescue and then Carrick, Park & Solksjaer wrapped up an entirely pleasant afternoon of joy and frivolity!!

Another 3 points that Chelski cannot use up on us!!! 7 games to go.
