Tired of reading the sky high threads about benzema, huntelaar, berb etc...

What about solidifying the defence with a nice young English VERY talented centre back?

Beevers at wednesday has been linked with United in the past, and from seeing him play seems almost a natural Rio understudy...

Any people who dont only watch the big teams seen him play?

Havent seen much of him, just highlights of the odd Wednesday game.
Looks promising enough and is very young and very tall, which is always a bonus.

Saying that we have good young defenders at the club. Pique is there
and then we send the rest on loan or sell them, like Evans at Sunderland
and Shawcross who we sold at Stoke. If Beevers were to sign he would just
end up going out on loan, probably back to Wednesday, which is why it wont
happen. No one will replace Vidic/Rio for a very long time.

Not too sure, he can play as a left-back also in a Lescott manner and Evra could always use cover
