I start this thread in honour of this great little man who did so, so much
for this club but most important - for every single one of you !!!

He always gave 100% and he also came up with the goods on many, many
occassions when we most needed it !!!

Barcelona '99 is maybe the best of these occassions.

I dont want to see people arguing or talking about anything
other than our 'baby faced assassin'.....

I want to hear some nice stories about how people feel about him. Some
lovely pics of him and anything else anyone feel would be nice
to go on here.

We all love you Ole and we will miss you so, so much.........

nobody will ever win a European Cup final more dramatically than this.
Champions of Europe, Champions of England, the FA Cup holders, everything
their hearts desire. United fans will ask where did you watch the 1999 European
Final? Where did you see Ole Solskjaer win it with virtually the last kick of the
final?

I agree, but look at No. 7!! B. Charlton, G. Best, E. Cantona, D. Beckham...all club legends and they would deserve that honor, too. But - yes, shrt No. 20 is less commonly used.

Maybe the best step would be to retire the number 20 shirt, untill such a time that someone fitting can have it!! It should only go to someone who will be as sedicated to united as ole was, and someone who could be a club legend as well!!!

Exactly. Its a nice thought and its not every player that you would even consider retiring a shirt for. The mention of retiring the shirt is an honour in itself.
At least he will be staying at OT in a coaching capacity and as an ambassador for United. He has earned that much at least.
