Based on the bits of the game I saw...

VDS - 6 Made a save

Brown - 6 Can't cross. Orange
Rio - 7 Didn't have to do much
Vidic - 6 Ropey
O'Shea - 7 Very good (could have done better for boro goal)

Ronaldo - 7 Good. Should have dived to win a penalty, just to piss Southgate off
Anderson - 8 Ridiculously good at football
Hargreaves - 6 Tidy. Yet to prove he can play a pass without having about 300 touches of the ball to think about it first.
Nani - 7 Great goal. Looks evil

Rooney - 9 Go on then, tackle him
Tevez - 7 Couldn't really get hold of the game for the most part. Still decent, and scored two goals

Boro - Haha, now **** off and get relegated please

VDS 8 - Mr reliable

Brown - 6 didn't do a whole alot
Vidic - 6 Not at his usual, failed to defend Boro goal
O'Shea - 7 Very good (could have done better for boro goal)
Rio Ferdinand 6 - Should have done better in defending the cross that lead to Boro's goal

Ronaldo - 7 Quiet game, but played his part.
Anderson - 8 Not the best performance we have seen from him, but vital in Tevez getting his second goal.
Hargreaves - 9 Tidy. Great defensive work.
Nani - 8 Absolute screamer of a goal, Nani played his part in the show.

Rooney - 9 MOTM, 2 assists, 1 goal, pure quality !
Tevez - 7 Couldn't really get hold of the game for the most part. Still decent, and scored two goals

When I saw him in pre-season I thought he looked like a defensive player always going for the easy pass. After watching him in the last 2 games I am amazed at the expansive game he can play considering he is still only 19! I think he is gonna be one of our best players.

No think about it, he is going to be one of our best players! He comes back and does defensive duties to, tackles when he loses the ball.

VDS-7- Made an excellent save, couldnt do much for the goal, quiet game.
Brown-7- Solid enough, got forward.
Ferdinand-6- quiet enough game.
Vidic-6- Not quite the same since concussion.
O'Shea-7- got forward well, made important tackles.

Ronaldo-4- very very poor by his standards. Its a one off.
Anderson-8- Looked very assured. tackled and passed very well.
Hargreaves-8- Broke the Boro play up for fun. Destructor.
Nani-8- Fantastic goal and did well to set up Rooneys goal.

Tevez-8- started poorly but grew into the game. Unbelievable movement and finish for the 3rd goal. Worked well off Rooney. Scored 2.
Rooney-9- MOTM. Worked tirelessly was virtually unplayable today. Was involved in most of Uniteds good play.

i agree with jazz...ron was just off it, never got into the game. Doesnt mean hes not the best in the world.
