Nani's goal was sublime - what a chip! Good to see he's paying attention to Fergie and not doing those back flips.

Comfortable win but it was a broing game - it was like an attack v defence training session. Still, it gave a chance for most of the squad to get a run out.

Ronaldo wasn't named on the bench for United because he had an ankle injury but the crowd were chanting for him throughout the game and Ronaldo said he wanted to play so Fergie checked with the officials and they allowed him to come on for the last 10 minutes.

Nanis two goals were excellent especially the second one. could ronaldo do that im not so sure! ???
Ronaldo seems to hit the ball as hard as he can to get the bend/swerve on it. Ronaldo certainly has the quick feet and tricks to suggest he could score such a skilful goal but he seems less likely to try it than Nani.

I dont think he will, its a talent to be able to hit the ball different from anyone else, he really does get the power and its not like he is missing all the time...
