Anyone else find that ironic? Earlier I was sweating like a pig at the thought of visiting Stamford Bridge minus Vidic and then Chelsea lose Terry.

What are the odds of both teams losing arguably the same style of player?

League: Chelsea stay top

Robinho scored on his debut for Manchester City but Chelsea came from behind to claim a 3-1 win at Eastlands and stay top of the table.

The Brazilian curled City ahead with a 20-yard free-kick in the 14th minute, but Ricardo Carvalho lashed home Chelsea's equaliser three minutes later.

Frank Lampard capped a flowing move with a superb left-foot strike to put Chelsea ahead after 53 minutes and Nicolas Anelka slid in a third.

But captain John Terry was shown a straight red card for a foul on Jo with 13 minutes left and will miss United's visit to Stamford Bridge next Sunday

terry will have his red card rescinded on appeal, carvalho was the last man back therefore the straight red will not stand.

robinho was lively and his free kick was awesome
