He's been getting a bit too much criticism of late but today there can really be no complaints.

Cristiano Ronaldo scored both goals for United, but Ferguson singled out Ryan Giggs for special praise.

"We have to measure Ryan's appearances because we cannot play him all the time," said Ferguson.

"He is 34 at the end of the month but I feel he can go on for a good few years yet.

"He has been a wonderful servant for this club and was our best player against Blackburn."

Iv been dissapointed with him so far this season, but today he showed us what he can do. I hope he keeps this up.

He was excellent today. The Giggs we know and love. So happy for him.
He hasnt been at his best this season but he will just get better and better. he gets time off now for the international break which will do him good. Shame on those slating Giggsy, saying that Nani is better. He is nowhere close to Giggsys class yet.

Giggs was back to his top form. He was taking it round defender like they weren't there. I have been doubting him recently, but has proved me wrong and got his form back. Keep it up Giggsy.
