England are never going to have a chance at winning the Euro's even if he do (somehow) qualify. Having a full United squad would be excellent! I'm not a big believer in summer tournaments having an affect on a long seasons campaign. Though its definately a plus for united if England do not qualify. A Break for Rooney and co would be a plus imo.
