the premiership is defo the best..the quality in la liga this season was bad nd same with serie 'A'..and the dutch Eredivisie is the worst league
the premiership is only good because of the foriegn players
Premiership is a best league in the World!Without doubts...
1.Premiership
2.La Liga
3.Serie A
4.Bundesliga
5.Russian PL
It's amazing the influence Sky Sports have on the Premier League. Terrific coverage of games and they deserve a lot of credit. I believe that the Premier League has the highest quality but Spanish games are clearly more open and enjoyable to watch.
premier league-exciting, fast and furious
la liga-technically superior, open
serie A-tactically sound
ligue 1 and Bundesliga-no comments, doesnt watch much

It's the same in serie A, La Liga, Bundesliga, Now that the premiership has the financial clout the premiership is now without a doubt regarded as the best & i can see it remaining for so many years ahead, I can see some more world class players heading towards the premiership & hopefully they will come to old trafford
Ehh.....the Irish Premier Division clearly!

Then,

Prem
La Liga
Bundasliga
Edvrise (Spelling)
Seria A
The Championship is a much better league than the Premiership in terms of competitivness. You just don't know which teams are going to end up battling for promotion, who would of thought Bristol City would be one game from Premiership promotion when they went up last season?

Premiership obviously better quality, but you know United, Arsenal, Chelsea will be battling for the title, Liverpool, Everton up around 5th. The promted sides struggling.

Yeah, I see what you mean.

There is something refreshing watching lowere league football.

I remember watching West Brom play Cardiff and it was great football.

Also, the fans are great to and the ticket prices are fantastic.

Still no comments on the Irish Premier Division though!

Where's all those supposed Shelborne fans?? Ha! Bray Wanderers for Europe!!!

Unless you watch every match in every league, how can you say?Good and bad points about all leagues .Only really interested in watching Utd play.If by some weird reason we got moved to the league in Luxembourg or Papu new guinea i would be watching that...
i say the spanish league is the best to watch. Premier league has the best coverage but spanish league is soo far superior in terms of football and individuals its not even funny. Henry got so much space on the ball at arsenal but at barca he struggles because he cannot get past players as easily because he is not running at them because they are already close to him.

The skills in the spanish league, the beauty and creativity of the football in my opinion is what seperates it from every other league now. Barca wont chage there game for any team in the world/ nor will madrid...they either win in style or accept defeat.

Premier league has the most money and the toughest top 4....

But as a league, id say the spanish is the best.

Just my opinion

watched the serie a title race today, really poor football played by inter milan, so boring and slow the only player on the pitch that ever looked like doing something was ibrahimovic which is pretty sad considering how many greats used to play, the champions of italy are made up of average joe's and to be frank i'd rather england not win the world cup if it means watching boring football like that every week, i cant see why ibrahimovic would want to play his football there ..

I'm not a fan of the Seria A.

Its dull, players never tackle and goals are rare

Not a great one for us who are used to the free flowing football of United and the intensity of the Prem.

La Liga and the Prem are the ones I enjoy to watch......oh and the Irish Premier Division

Anyone watch Bohs take on Cork City tonight? thought not! *sigh*
it really bugs me how no one ever puts the scottish premier league in the top league lists, everyone assumes tht jus coz scotland aint got the best national side ever1 assumes the league standard is poor, however, my team hibs are possibly the best team in scotland for playing football, the english PL is identical to the SPL, both leagues have teams tht dominate now and cannot be broken (Man u, Chelsea and Arsenal) and (Rangers & Celtic) so is the Premier League really tht good?
SPL are the best :p lol

Becham07 actually has a point. The SPL might not be up the top 5 but septic did beat Man utd (unfortunatly), and Rangers beat chelski 2 - 0 at the start of the season so i wouldnt say SPL are poor in comparason with the premiership.

All comes to money though.

I think the reason the premiership are the best, is due to the top 4 teams having alot of money, which in turn can buy superb forign players.

Go through the starting 22 of the final on wednesday and find out how many home grown players are playing and im pretty sure it will be under 50%

Home grown meaning can play for one of the 4 UK nations
G
Manchester united:

Brown, Ferdinand, Scholes, Giggs, Rooney, Hargreaves, Carrick,
Fletcher, O' Shea.

Obviously not all will start but United do have more 'homegrown'
players than most other teams.
Firstly I'm going to preface this by saying DON'T HATE ME I'm entitled to my opinion! :D

I'm going to say Serie A is my favourite. I used to pour scorn on it and now I'm a bit of a convert. :p

Then Premiership close second. I think the Premiership is more exciting to watch because the action shifts so quickly.

That said I feel Serie A is more beautiful. In terms of goals Premiership it's just get near the goal and belt it in which means shots over the bar, wide, up in row z.

In Italy whatever you think of them they take their time and the goals, compared to the Prem, are all... gorgeous. For lack of a better word.

I still love the premiership, it's just I've acquired a deeper appreciation of taking your time and finishing with class and style. Sorry. :)

As for the rest I'll watch La Liga if a big team's playing. RM, Barca & maybe Villareal.
