Im just delighted that the old guard came good in the end, when it mattered.
Many people were writing them off all season, which was disgraceful treatment
of 2 living legends (you all know who you are ;-))
Scholes was man of the tie against Barca and he has shown great form in the
last few crucial months. Also the fact he got to even play another final was
great for the man. Nobody deserved it more than him imo.
As for Giggs, to get the all important goal at Wigan, to surpass the great
Sir Bobby, 10 Prem's, 2nd Champions League is what the man is all about.
Absolute legends, the pair of them.
It was a team effort all season but I'm happiest for these 2 and Fergie.
