Ryan Giggs has warned the rest of the Premiership that Manchester United's first title in four years could be the springboard for another period of domination.
The Welsh winger was part of the United team that won the title for the first time in 26 seasons in 1993 - the start of the most glorious period in the club's history.
And he believes last season's triumph has only whetted the appetites of players like Wayne Rooney and Cristiano Ronaldo.
"Once you have won the title for the first time, it gives you the belief that you can win it again and again," said Giggs.
"Last season was a new experience for a few of the younger lads.
We won so many games from difficult positions andwhen you come through games like that you learn to handle situations better.
"We have players like Rooney and Ronaldo who will get even better. People forget how young they are because they are so consistent. That must be a frightening prospect for everyone else."
