Its a tough one really but the following are the best 10 imo: (in no particular order)

I'd say Messi is more of a striker then Ronaldo, mainly becuase of where the two
are played, 9 times out of ten Ronaldo is put on the left right wing, fair enough he
drifts, but Messi is often put in the "Rooney" role, or as a supporting wing forward
as such in a 3 pronged attack somewhat similar to Chelsea's formation...

what's a strikers first job? goals.

He may be as good as or probably a better all round player than all of them, but he is not a better striker.

I think it shows, even on a Man Utd forum, some people (people whos opinion you can respect aswell) haven't even put Rooney in their top 10.
