Bayern are totally in the wrong competition at the moment. They just demolished Anderlecht 5-0.

Fiorentina-Everton still 0-0. Bolton are beating Sporting Lissabon 1-0 and the Spurs are down 0-1 against PSV at home.

Bayern only have themselves to blame that they didnt make the CL.
They will probably go on to win the Uefa cup as they are the best team left.
I was hoping Spurs would progress. They still can I guess but they need
to start playing well quickly. Bolton doing well against another decent team.
Good on them. I also hope Everton progress.

does anyone else think that our teams in uefa cup show how much dif in quality there is from top 4 to rest of league, our second tier of prem always struggle against other teams of same level.

Bad night for the English sides.

Fiorentina were excellent last night. Them against Bayern would be a decent final.

The English teams have a lot of work to do. Im hoping they get through
as it keeps the competition more interesting and there are more games on tv.
I remember watching Boro's run to the final. Some of the most
wonderful/ridiculous matches I have ever seen.
