We've heard it said a few times by various ex player and Ive read Vidic said it in a interview . Would United and Arsenal Reserves be able to survive a Premiership season ?

for a few one off matches here and there they could give anyone a game, but over a season no chance

Yeah I have to agree I dont think either could last a season without wear and tear effecting things .

In spain they have ' B' teams in the second division they just cant be promoted .

I think if clubs have the resources the reserves could do this but they would have to start at the lowest level and build up.

...both have strong areas and some quality players, but too many faults
