Phewww ...
What a day we had today !
That terrible injury for Eduardo ...
I'm sure everyone wishes him the best of luck with this and a speedy recovery.
We at manutdtalk.com wish him well ...
Arsenal then went on to finish with a 2-2 draw in the game. Maybe the awful
events that took place with their team mate had an effct on them. But the fact
was it gave United a chance to get right back into the title race.
Oh and how they grabbed that chance with both hands.
A performance that had us all on the edge of our seats.
It was like 'cruelty to a football team'.
Sir Alex was full of praise for his forwards today and quite rightly so.
He said:
"The match was decided by the front players, they were just magnificent. It
was a good performance and we could have scored more goals.
"They all did really well - Wayne Rooney and Cristiano Ronaldo got two each, but
the movement of Carlos Tevez and Nani contributed to that.
"Newcastle is a volatile place to come, but we managed to quieten them
down."
Anything I missed ... ?
Anyone have anything to add ...
