for sure..
all of them have played a lot of games in the EPL except pique, but ehs highly rated by SAF so..yeah.
never knew eagles can play center tho

1st team has no width so i'd take the 2nd one on that basis.

I would pick the English team actually. Reshuffle slightly and I think you could make a very good team out of them!

Simpson is not really a left back, so I moved him to right back (actually position)
Neville isn't either, but I feel experience would help Neville to cope at left back better than Simpson.
You can't have wingers but you can improvise.
Eagles inside right as he can play on either winger, Hargreaves can do his defensive job in the center and support Simpson as he can play RB himself.
Carrick inside left as I have seen him cover for Evra on quiet a few occasions and does help Evra out sometimes.
