He is so tight? The guy clearly cannot compete financially with the likes of united. The fact that the arshavin transfer went to the very wire proves that. Plus there wage system restricts them. I think if he did have more money, he would use it. The pr guys over there are always saying he has money but when it comes to arsene saying he wants someone, they always seem like they're broke.

I for one have always rated wenger as a manager even though i hope and think they will possibly finish 5th!
