I'd be content with Fenerbahce. Rooney did score a hattrick on his debut against them... :D

I'd also take Porto or Schalke. I honestly think we could beat anybody, but I'd be happier against any of the aforementioned.

I have no particular preference. Always believe that to be champions, we cannot afford to have the loser's mentality of who to avoid or who we prefer to meet later. We just have to be prepared to beat anybody and everybody that comes our path. Overcome, overrun and clobber is the best way forward.

Afterall, we are Manchester United, a team always/supposed to be feared and revered.

Precisely...
Whoever it may be, the Reds will continue to Rampage...
At the rate C. Ronaldo is scoring,
Can he break the record of Man Utd?
Can he break the premier league top scorer?

Btw.. anyone know the record for the both of them?

We may have a stronger defence than Barcelona but they are stronger in every other area. What strikers have we got, Rooney is a very poor finisher so playing him up front on his own is a bad idea. Louis Saha is always injured and even when he is fit he is not exactly a clinical finisher either. Tevez is not a striker he is an attacking midfielder as that is where he spends all of his time. So we have two strikers in the entire squad, one is always injured and the other has no idea how to put the ball in the net. Barca have Henry, Etoo, Gudjohnson and Bojan so I would hardly say our attacks are equal.

The PL Top record in a season was Andy Cole with 34 Goals, but that was when there were 42 games...or something along those lines.
Denis Law I think it was???? Has record for most in our season with 40...someone correct me if i am wrong.

I don't care who we face. Preferably Arsenal or Liverpool so we can put an end to their CL campaign. Though Fenerbache would be the easiest game.

Goals this season.
Bojan-- 4
Henry--13
Gudjohnson--3
Messi--15
Ronaldinhio--9
Etto--9
Total----53

Tevez--15
Ronaldo---30
Rooney--13
Saha---5
Total-- 63

I would say we are equal if not better going forward seeing as our striker who cant score has the same as there second top goal scorer and our winger has double what theres does.

The record for Manchester United is 46 goals in all competitions by Denis Law, during the 1963–64 season. While the record goals scored in a single Premiership season is 30 by Kevin Philips in 1999/00 season. If ue wan to include the pre-Premiership era, the record is 60 goals by legendary ex-Toffee Dixie Dean when it used to be 42 games per season as norm. ;)

Id still prefer an easier draw to be honest.
Someone like Fenerbahce or Porto/Schalke.
Id be too nervous facing Pool or Chelsea.
The thought of losing to them makes me gag.
So a nice draw vs Porto would be great news.
Ill attach a poll later on after tonights games.
