He probably does have the money to sign him, but surely Milan would not let their star playmaker go would they? I mean R.Madrid tried their best and failed. Ya there are loads. I'm no Chelski fan, but don't every club has their fair share of flops? (remember Veron?). I don't think the club has to be blamed for it. It comes down to the ability of the player to adapt to different styles and systems of play.

I actually think they will sign Kaka. Why not?
They can afford him and he might want to try his luck in the best
league in the world.
The only reason he would stay is if Milan buy big in the summer, the likes
of Ronaldihno and co., otherwise Milan will stagnate, age and fall down the
pecking order in Europe.

I doubt it really, but it could well happen with the finances of Chelsea.

And I'm not too sure how Kaka would adapt to English football anyway.

And to add to that, I don't see how he would fit into the way Chelsea play, unless they make A LOT of changes to their squad.
